Appointments must be made min. 24 hours before. We request that cancellations be done more than 24 hours in advance. 
  For the same-day appointments, please call to make sure we are in the spa.

If you arrive 15 minutes late or more to your appointment you will likely be asked to reschedule, unless the esthetician's schedule can still accommodate you. 
One or two late clients cause the entire daily schedule to fall behind. This is an inconvenience to everyone. We strive to see every client on time.

If you bought a package and are late for your appointment more than 15 minutes, the treatment will be deducted from the package. Please be on time.
